Meet Wellness Coach & Pilates Instructor Alannah Wolff

 

I believe a healthy outside starts from the inside. I am passionate about helping women transform their relationship with their bodies, both mentally & physically.

As a teenager & a young dancer I started going to the gym with a pretty innocent wish to be fit & strong which quickly spiraled into an obsession with over training, counting my calories and never feeling good enough. My early twenty’s were a roller coaster of highs & lows, which from the outside probably appeared pretty normal but on the inside I was battling body image negativity, binge eating, fad dieting, obsessive over training & anxiety. I continually attracted toxic relationships that left me feeling like I wasn’t good enough.

Power Pilates

Power Pilates is a fusion between traditional pilates methods that tone and sculpt the body with a hint of HIIT (high intensity interval training) to raise the heart rate, this pilates inspired sweat class combination is a powerful duo your body and mind has been longing for. Pilates inspired exercises are great for improving mobility, flexibility and creating long lean muscle definition. No equipment needed for these classes – just a mat or soft surface and your own body weight.
