30 Minute Pilates Fundamentals For Beginners​ Class #1

For all my beginners on the portal, this is a slower style workout to learn the foundational moves, to set your body up with the technique and to feel good. Remember when you start something new, it takes time. If you need to stop during the workout that’s ok, I want you to listen to your body and do what’s right for you. Be proud of yourself for trying something new.

15 Minute Booty Toning

A complete BOOTY burn workout. In this workout, you will be working on all areas of your glutes to strengthen them. Strong glutes are essential to help support your lower back and improve posture. You will feel a deep burn here by using your body weight in these exercises. However, for an extra challenge, you may like to add ankle weights.

10 Minute Abs

Pilates Abs focuses on all the small muscles that make up our abdominals. We will be working through the rectus abdominals, obliques, and lower abdominals for a complete ab workout. This 10-minute workout will help flatten and strengthen the tummy. You will be feeling the burn but in all the right places. 

10 Minute Arms

This class will BURN and tone your arms. If you want to add light dumbbells, feel free to grab some, but it is an effective workout without them too. Enjoy the burn.

 

50 Minute HIIT Class (Tough & Challenging Workout) #2

Class tabata timing 20 seconds on 10 seconds off. 4 pods plus an ABS pod each pod has 4 new exercises in each. 30 Minute Lean Legs

This 30 Minute Lean leg  class focuses on strengthening and toning all the major muscle groups in our legs. The term toned implies leanness in the body, noticeable muscle definition and shape, but not significant muscle size “bulk”. This 30 minute class will have heart rate pumping and the legs burning. 

12 minute Upper Body with Dumbbells

This class will BURN and tone your arms. By adding the light Dbs we are incorporating resistance into our training. Enjoy the burn. This call is short and sweet it can be added to the end of any class.
